Mowna Ramachandra began her training in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music from Pt. Arjunsa Nakod of Dharwad and is now under the expert guidance of renowned vocalist Smt. Veena Sahasrabuddhe of the Gwalior Gharana
Mowna has performed extensively withing the country at prestigious forums & has toured USA, UK, Sweden & Kuwait. Noteworthy among these is her concert at the inauguaration of the Oresund Bridge connecting Sweden & Denmark.
Mowna has received schoarships from Sangeet Natak Academy, Kesarbai Schoarship & received 1st Rank at the Vidwat Examination conducted by the Government of Karnataka. She is the recipient of the title Sur Mani from
Sur Singer Samsad, Mumbai.
Mowna is High B grade artist on AIR has performed on several Radio & TV programmes & is an empancelled artist of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
